Best Large Development
This award is for developments of more than 80 homes that have used the best design and quality to create an affordable, desirable and inspirational environment. The developments that have also provided additional facilities to benefit the local community and surrounding neighbourhoods. These homes are in large developments in a mixed-tenure environment, or stand-alone developments.

Best Show Home
This award goes to the company with the best show home allowing the buyer to see the property to its maximum potential, giving them a realistic insight into their new home.
We have commissioned a stunning, deco-inspired show home to help market Harrow and Wealdstone Heights, a landmark new development of 81 shared ownership homes in Harrow, north west London. The second show home for independent designer Tara Larkin, the space captures the liveliness of the exciting surrounding neighbourhood. Featuring a range of sumptuous and lush fabrics, as well as a wealth of items that have been sourced locally, the spirit of the space is fun and playful, showcasing how first time buyers can reflect their own individual style in their first home. The designer drew inspiration from the history of the surrounding area, once known as “metro-land”, and the 1930s-designed Harrow and Wealdstone station, moments from the development. With this in mind, the designer envisaged a modern twist on deco, which would capture fast-moving style and the excitement of owning one’s own home.
